Returns & Exchanges

2) To help you choose the right size, we strongly encourage you to refer to our detailed Size Chart before making a purchase. In case you receive a product with a sizing issue, we offer an exchange option subject to availability.
3) Please note that exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and labels intact.
4) To raise the request of exchange the customer have to email us on contact@oliviafashion.in , in that email you have to add images of the product, as well as order id or email you have received while placing your order, and the shipping label image attached to the package, so that we can start the process of review and exchange.
5) Olivia Fashion reserves the right to approve or decline exchange requests based on product condition and eligibility criteria.
6) In case the requested exchange size is not available, we will provide a coupon code of the same value, allowing you to shop for another product of your choice from Olivia Fashion.
